The 2018 China Fragrance and Cosmetic Industry Science and Technology Conference was held in Guangdong Province.

From June 26th to 28th, the "2018 China Fragrance, Flavor and Cosmetic Industry Science and Technology Conference and the 12th Academic Symposium," hosted by the China Association of Fragrance, Flavor and Cosmetic Industries (hereinafter referred to as "the Association") and co-organized by Infinitus (China) Company Limited, was held in Jiangmen, Guangdong. Chairman Chen Shaojun of the Association, Director Gao Yanmin of the Consumer Goods Department of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, and relevant leaders from the Drug Registration Department of the National Medical Products Administration, the Center for Evaluation of Health Foods, and the Cosmetic Testing Institute of the China National Institutes for Food and Drug Control attended the conference. The conference also invited Academician Chen Jian, President of Jiangnan University, and Professor Xiao Zuobing of Shanghai University of Applied Technology to deliver keynote academic reports. Academician Sun Baoguo, President of Beijing Technology and Business University, who was unable to attend due to other commitments, sent a congratulatory message to the conference, which was read aloud by a designated person. Nearly 200 technical leaders, R&D personnel, and experts from enterprises in the fragrance, flavor, cosmetics, raw materials, packaging, and equipment industries, as well as universities, research institutes, and other organizations, participated in the conference.
